Coastal Pursuit

We've been getting reports of unknown armed groups showing up on the north side of the island. Things at the Dam have settled down for now, so we can finally turn our attention up there. We don't know much yet. Start with the Resort Area. There's been activity around Rua Algasol, the Victoria Golden Hotel, and the east wing of WhiteSail Hospital. Check all three locations, get a sense of what's happening in the area, then extract safely.
