Crime Scene

Those scavenger gangs have been stirring up trouble all over the Resort Area, and I've heard they're looking for some valuable jewelry. The bank vault was breached recently, and there's a good chance they had something to do with it. We need to follow the trail they left behind. Start with the breach in the vault, then check the construction site, junkyard, and Workers Dorm. Keep an eye out for useful intel along the way and bring some back to me. Maybe it'll tell us what they're planning next—or who's really calling the shots.
