I've managed to track down a few LGS camps. Figured I'd keep an eye on them for a while. The black truck near the main gate of the Dam Factory and the vehicles parked outside the Bank in Resort should make good observation points. Go plant the trackers. I've already sent the equipment to your mailbox. And be careful. Nobody likes being watched.
