LGS keeps everything encrypted, but nobody covers their tracks perfectly. Check the Sector 2 Ventilation Room in Smuggling Tunnel and the Bank in Resort. If you find any internal LGS documents, bring them back. And while you're there, deal with the scavengers in the tunnels. They've been causing problems for my smuggling routes.
