Signal Boost

There's an old memorial lighthouse on the western side of the Resort Area. It hasn't been used in a long time, but the signal up there should still be good. I've had someone leave a radio there. Head to the two lookout towers near the ice cream shop and retrieve the signal boosters from each one, then install them on the radio at the top of the lighthouse. Once you're done, extract near the lighthouse and come back.
