Missing Pieces

Some of the information in those reports still doesn't add up, but a few entries mention the western inlet tower at the Dam and the Old Factory. There's a map in the room above the western inlet tower, and another map on the wall in Building D of the Old Factory. Take a picture of each for me. I'd like to compare them side by side—maybe they'll fill in some of what's missing from the reports. I've prepared a mission phone for you. Don't forget to take it with you.
