Dock Investigation

I've been meaning to look into the Dock north of the Dam. There are still some red-and-black ARK cargo containers there, and Tommy seems pretty interested in them too. Could you make a trip out there for me? Find the containers and mark them with the trackers. I'd like to get a better idea of what's going on there. I've sent the trackers to your mailbox. Don't forget to pick them up before you leave.
