Explosions Are Romantic

Hey, come closer. I know somebody stashed some gunpowder around the Dam Area. Don't ask who. Just bring it back for me. It's not stealing if somebody leaves perfectly good gunpowder lying around, right? Check Desolage Village and Camp #10. Oh, and the one at the camp is hidden in a portable toilet. Don't look at me like that. I have no idea why anyone would hide gunpowder in there either. Bring it all back. Don't worry—I've already got plans for it. Ha!
