Getting into Gunsmithing

Want to try modifying a gun yourself? Start by buying an MP5K. It's a good one to learn on. The magazine goes straight in—easy enough. If you want to mount an optic, check whether the gun has a rail first. If it doesn't, you'll need to install one before the optic can go on. For anything more complicated, you'll need the Gunsmith Bench. Get comfortable with the basics first. Later on, you can start fine-tuning a weapon that really feels right in your hands.
