Rumors

Hey, partner. How've you been? One of my middlemen brought me something interesting. There's a new group on the island asking around about the Dam's energy facilities. Could mean a little extra business for us. Apparently they left behind a few intel phones. I've marked the locations. Go bring them back. As for what's on them? We'll find out once they're in my hands.
