Building the Range

Hey, buddy. I was going through some old stuff and found the plans for the hideout. Turns out I finally figured out how to get the shooting range behind the building open. I still need one little favor from you, though. Head to Hyder Town and bring me the small key from the first-floor office in the police station. I know that's nothing you can't handle.
